Driving Instructor Training is the only business that survived

Within the last three years, several new companies have been registered in our town. The centre has become really attractive. There are now busy clothes shops, pizzerias, ice-cream parlours and cinemas in the main street. There is also a language school that teaches three foreign languages and a driving school that offers Basic Driving courses and Driving Instructor Training. I decided to take some time and watch any new businesses that appear in our town just to see if they survive or not. Most clothes shops that were created years ago are still here. This is the case when they sell fashionable clothes and are situated in the main street. Even second hand shops do well; they actually have a large number or regular customers if they know what kinds of clothes to sell and of course, are visible to passers-by. Pizzerias, restaurants and ice-cream parlours are very successful too, maybe with the exception of one fast food restaurant which sold stale food. Luckily, it was closed very quickly. The driving school had little students at first. Anyone who wanted to get a driving licence chose to enrol on a course in a bigger city, just to make sure they learn to drive safely in heavy traffic. However, the school has recently added Driving Instructor Training to their offer, and this is what is making the business thrive!
